Summary
The Appalachians was formed when North America colleded with Europe and North Africa. Today, it consists of flat plains, small hills, and deep river valleys, and its made of sedimentary, igneous, and metamorphic rock. There are a large variety of vegetation, and the vegetation surrounding rivers prosper the most as that's where the soil is at its finest. In addition, there are several economic resources that benefit the region, yet end up harming the environment.
